'Restart a Heart' is a national campaign that encourages people to learn CPR and gain the confidence to take life saving action in an emergency.

Hoople Group's qualified first aid trainers are going in the community to provide free sessions on how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.

Their next stop is Maylord Orchards Shopping, Hereford on Thursday 30 October - 11am-3pm.
